We recently purchased a F Type from Guy Salmon, we were looked after by Adele Chapman and Steve Bretherton. They both gave us great service throughout the purchase of our car. Adele was extremely helpful in finding a suitable model which we wanted and then organising a very good finance deal. It was purely because of the excellent service which we initially received when we first walked into the showroom from Steve and Adele that we decided to purchase our car with this dealership rather than another one which was much closer to home.

I recently purchased my first Jaguar from Guy Salmon Thames Ditton, an XE S. I highly recommend this dealership and Ollie Robbins the sales executive that helped me. A smooth process, sending me video footage of the car that didn't have photos up on the website yet, organising my part exchange and clearing my finance. Very pleased with my car and really happy that I went here and moved over from Audi.

I bought a Jaguar iPace in October 2019. Having looked at other brands, I wanted to test drive the car. From the initial welcome at the reception, I was taken through the entire purchase in a very personal and professional manner (Premium Car Brand, I would say Premium Service). Both Steve Bretherton and Stuart Nicks (Business Manager) were very detailed, and the car was delivered eight weeks early. I even got a call the day after to make sure I had enough charge and to see how I was getting on. As an owner of a small business, I know its the people who make the difference...so if you are looking to purchase a new Jag speak the Steve or Stuart.
I phoned about a used vehicle, had a fantastic response from Fraser, so reserved it on that Saturday afternoon. Arrived for a test drive on Monday 10th Feb and completed the deal and drove the new to me vehicle home. Great service and all in the showroom were friendly and always spoke as they passed. Well worth the journey. Pleased that the vehicle had a good amount of fuel, can always remember picking up a car from another dealer[ not jaguar] and fuel light came on as I left the showroom. Highly recommend Fraser.
