Our e - pace was booked in for a service yesterday, a good efficient welcome and that is where it ended. After two hours for the service which consists of an oil change and a complimentary wash and vac we returned to our vehicle parked outside at the bottom of the car park not parked outside the showroom like the previous customers vehicle, unfortunately we could not give it a thorough check and inspection due to the heavy monsoon rain, it was not until later when checking the vehicle that it had not been washed properly in particularly the wheels and the empty boot had not even been vacuumed at all and was still full of leaves and grass, but the worse was to come with the damaged paint on the drivers mirror, I have called Martin Pearce today and I am waiting for a call back when service is back on Monday, this is not the first problem with this dealer which is so disappointing as I have purchased two new vehicles from them in the last year my loyalty and patience is certainly wearing thin. Please get your house in order, i have sent you two emails including the email address you quote, is anyone going to contact me?.
