Messaged Mike Friday night about a car he sent me 3 detailed videos of the inside, outside and the service history of the car. Reserved the car to collect the next day, was updated that he thought the car needed a new battery so he went out and got one and fitted all before we arrived! Was able to have a good look in and around the car and very easy transaction process! Very happy especially as I needed a vehicle as soon as I could. Would recommend to anyone very honest and clear! Thanks again

Mike was fantastic - friendly and approachable, clear, communicative, gave sound and detailed advice. Simple process, and completed very quickly. Also went the extra mile providing a fresh MOT, delivered it to my door (nearly 70 miles away), and peace of mind with a pre-purchase inspection. This is what customer service should be, definitely a breath of fresh air after a few dodgy experiences.

Amazing customer service, Mike is a true gentleman that has a real passion for quality cars and it shows. Made me feel completely at ease with the confidence and knowledge in his stock, went out of his way to accommodate times that suited and after seeing a few poor examples elsewhere really knew how to present the car in question, the car I purchased is in amazing condition both cosmetically and mechanically. Bought a nice BMW 5 series from Mike and it was exactly as described. Excellent communication throughout the entire buying process and Mike had the car all checked and ready to go upon collection. A few hundred miles later now and I'm exceptionally pleased with the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealer.
