Nice food. I did however find staff quite pushy in the sense of rushing us as soon as we sat down telling us because we were not sure what to order within the first 5 minutes that we only had 1 hour slot on the table although on my reservation it said 1 hour 45 minutes. So I did find the staff quite rude in the way it was said. However ..... food is really nice and a lovely ambience. If you like to take classy, stylish pictures for socials this is your place.

My first visit to The Ivy was not a disappointment! Three friends and I had reservations and get enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. The wait staff was incredibly helpful, and our food was brought so promptly! We were able to pick which types of tea we wanted, enjoy a lovely spread of savoury sandwiches and sweet desserts. The rest of the menu looked fab, a bit on the pricey end but the taste and wait staff service made it worth while!

This place is great if you want to head out for a few drinks. The ambience has a slight classy feel to the experience and would make a great addition to your schedule for cocktails and brunch. The food however, is not the best that you can find Cheltenham and sadly there are much better places to eat in the same price range compared to the Ivy. Overall it's not bad but I wouldn't solely come here to try the food rather it's a great place to try out for drinks and the brunch.

After having worst experience at the near by restaurant, here at the Ivy we had a great time! Nice waiters, looking after you. The place is amazing. Old bank building. Great experience, good time and we are glad that we chose it on my birthday. Thanks to the managers, waiters and bartenders! Definitely coming back.

Had food here tonight, I have eaten here a couple of times before as well. Was disappointed with how rushed we were from the get go. We ordered for a table of two/three as one had to leave. 6 starters, 4 Redbreast whiskies, 2 fillets with lobsters. The intention was to eat and eat well but the pushiness was too much it ruined the night. When I ordered the steak the waiter literally huffed under his mask in disappointment, I’ve literally never had that attitude after ordering one of the most expensive mains on the menu... once the steaks did arrive they literally lacked any flavour, as far as we could tell there was no seasoning. We then asked what the seasoning would have been and apparently it’s a combination of salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. To not even catch one of those flavours is questionable from what’s meant to be a top notch establishment. Furthermore we were told we had to leave at 8pm and that they were fully booked once I checked online there was availability for more online bookings that evening. Before you go here, just ask yourself, do you want to spend that kind of money for that kind of service/experience.?

A very good upmarket restaurant offering a great fine dining experience. Very good staff and excellent food. The staff changed over half way through our meal and as a result they forgot to pour our bottle of wine and I had to get up and do it myself. However, I do forgive them as on the whole it was a great experience.

5 stars for the service. The staff are incredibly attentive and will to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and help you celebrate if you are there for a special reason. Covid wise I felt safe. Staff kept a distance, I was at a table with plenty of space around it, but can see how others may feel a little too close when it’s busy (I went during a quiet period). If you’re worried maybe go at a quieter time or request a booth. I have been here a few times and can find the food a little hit and miss but the price is reasonable for such a nice experience and beautiful surrounding
