Small and quirky Lovely atmisphere
Very clean rooms.. Staff absoulty outstanding with there customer service...gorgeous bar staff females ️ 9 out of 10..... As need more pillows but dont wanna be. Burden. Xxxxx other wise 10 out of ten. X

We came here for a Sunday roast. It’s a cosy pub and the staff is friendly. The roast is really tasty - loved both the gravy and the sauces - and at a very good price! Recommended for a lunch out in Brighton.
Stayed on a Saturday night very well looked after by manager Neil and staff member Scott. Guest house very clean, comfortable and welcoming and just across the road from the pub. Being a straight couple we felt very welcome by everyone and was a great atmosphere spent our whole trip there. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Brighton.
