Absolutely fabulous service. Initial phone conversation was clear and helpful. Drop off was easy. I was kept informed the whole time of what stage my repair was at and the job was completed within 5 days. Utterly charming staff.

What a fantastic company. They identified the issue with my grandsons iPad, and repaired it. I praise them for their professionalism, and service. I would not hesitate to recommend TRS to family and friends. Importantly l will use them again. Thank you TRS

Everything about my experience of the The Repair Station was excellent. I went to this store for an upgrade for my iMac because they were an Apple Approved Service provider and I was not disappointed. Every aspect was good - the staff, both on the telephone and in store, were professional and helpful and the written communication during the repair kept me fully appraised of the situation. I would heartily recommend this company.

I phoned the Repair Station if they could replace a battery of my IPhone SE and they told me they could. It would take about three hours. I then asked if they had to delete all my data and was told they wouldn’t. When I came, they didn’t have the right battery in stock so the repair would take several days. Then they insisted I erase all my data citing the Data Protection Act. That was the bad news. The phone was ready the following working day. A member of staff explained what to do, and except for mail, which went on strike for a few hours, all went well. I was actually quite impressed. A great alternative to the Apple store.

Steer well clear of these clowns. I took in an iPhone for a battery replacement. First they told me, after I had dropped the phone off, that they could not do the replacement as "the battery in the phone was from a third party" (this cannot be true, as I bought the phone directly from Apple and it has never been physically serviced). After a second trip into Kingston to pick the phone up, I realised when I got home that they had taken the SIM out - and not given it back to me. I contacted the store about my SIM, only to be told "we've lost it, apologies for the inconvenience". Now I have to wait two days and pay my service provider a charge for the new SIM.

I took my AirPods to The Repair Station in Kingston after they had stopped working. The staff were very friendly and quickly diagnosed the fault. As they could not be repaired, a replacement was arranged and I was kept fully updated. The AirPods now work perfectly! I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.

Even though my MacBook Pro fell under the “13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program”, they tried to charge me 500 saying that the reason the display had failed was because it had some kind of foreign object on the display. I was not happy with their reason and took it directly to the Apple store in Reading where they happily repaired my screen for free. I am from Nepal and was left feeling very disappointed with the way The Repair Station treated me and had wanted to charge me for the service that Apple had already confirmed was eligible for their ‘free’ repair program. Shameful!
