Being in store of sainsbury, you have all the benefits of parking and rest rooms, opening all through covid outbreak, very clean shields and masks, customers may only touch glasses once then put in a tray for a wipe over before going back on the shelf, very impressed.

Bought a hearing aid from them in February 2020, arranged a date for fitting just before the 1st lockdown, product (that cost 2000) had not been delivered to the store on the day of the fitting. Then lockdown happened, could not get my Nan into store to have it fitted, called several times to try and sort a refund, kept promising to call me back. Went into the store, again promised someone would contact me, again nothing. \Audiologist only works 2 days a week\ - almost 10 months later and still no refund - really cannot afford to be 2k out of pocket at the moment.
