Beautiful scenery when travelling from picturesque St. Mawes to beautiful Trelissick. More than just a ferry trip. You get free commentary from the friendly skippers and lots of help from the crew. Enjoy the beautiful scenery more quietly when the skippers changes from diesel mode to electric mode on this hybrid electric ferry. The boat was built in 1934. A beautiful historic wooden boat. Now equipped with the latest hybrid electric propulsion system from REAPsystems. Old meets new innovation. Always worth a trip (or maybe even going back and forth a few times). Prices are reasonable. Much cheaper than a guided tour boat. Even though it is more like a guided tour than a ferry trip :)
