I have had back and neck problems for a long time. I had many sleepless nights, shooting headaches. I had already had my physio. I decided to have to Ayurveda treatment with Anastasiya. From the first meeting she picked up on some of my postural issues. After the first session I felt the pain was considerably less. I would recommend Anastasiya.

Not only was this full body massage the most amazingly relaxing and restorative experience but Anastasiya is professional and puts you at ease especially as it is such a personal experience. I will definitely be returning.
