First time I’ve gone with Vision Express and i was super happy, Staff were lovely so helpful and efficient service amazing i had to have 2 pairs of glasses and contact lenses and they all arrived within 3 days!! Amazing!

Booked an eye test appointment for which I was late by 10 minutes, it happens. The rep was useless and unhelpful when tried to find an alternative. I was literally the only customer they had and didn’t want to take me in or at least offer so I can wait and see if the next appointment is a no show (I’ve waited about for another 10 minutes after my slot and the next customer was nowhere to be seen). Their phone doesn’t work apparently (would have been helpful as I could have known to not bother to show up at all if this is their policy for a late show), but I did get a call from them in the days leading to the test to confirm my appointment...To be clear I’m more upset about how they treat their customers than the situation of me losing my eye test slot. I should’ve gone to SpecSavers from the start (pun intended) as they were always accommodating in the past and at least the customer service was always on point. They lost a customer which has been with them for the past 6 years, buying their top shelf frames and lenses every 14-18 months. So yes, apparently the previous low rated reviews are on point and should have followed their advice to stay away.

Turned up just after close (5.35) and spoke to Emily who could not be more helpful - she turned the lights back on, booked in 2 pairs of glasses to repair for me and spent 20 minutes helping me with my queries - a diamond member of staff to value!
