Got two contracts through Vodafone, one line was stolen and they had ran up a bill and had also used the monthly 24gb I was supposed to get but after waiting 2 weeks for a callback or email from Vodafones fraud investigators (which I never received) I had to call them to then get hung up on 4x to then have to go through their live web chat to then be told that they had said there was no fraud to be found! So now I've had to pay a 112 bill that someone else has ran up and I've also had to pay 25 to have that number blocked and be issued with new one! But before getting to that resolution I had to call in on 3 different occasions and be told there was nothing that they could except put a spend limit on so they couldn't run up a bill but could use my monthly 24gb!! Lol Bloody awful service from Vodafone will definitely not be extending my contract once it has ended!!

Fantastic provision of Internet and whe. It is up its reliable and consistent. However when there is a network down age their Indian support team is utterly useless. Please if you want customer retention this happens at service level. Don't be like everyone else and outsource to some plebs who barely understand how to use a microwave. Hire decent support staff and don't keep your customers in the dark about a network outage when everyone is already talking to one another so we know it isn't because of our personal connections.
