Best place to get your phones,very helpful staff explaining all so well,young lady was excellent can't remember her name but she will know she is only there on the Monday And she was excellent, and then the following day I was helped with the new phone the other lady helped and the Maneger so all very good

I recently purchased a monthly style of contract plan with this store and i was extremely impressed with the service and attentiveness i received from the member of customer service team staff. The phone too is good and I'm hoping to upgrade to a Vodafone 20 within time. Despite the ongoing pandemic period I was given exemplary service from this store and felt valued and informed about everything in regards to my new phone.

Went in yesterday to talk about upgrade options for my girlfriend.. Amy was really nice and helpful. She wasn't trying to force the most expensive phone on us like most others do. She was very helpful and explained options well. Thanks Amy!

Every time I go (I’ve been a customer for 13 years) the systems are so slow and barely working that renewing contracts and getting new phones takes me literally hours - every time. I don’t know why I keep using them. The people themselves are nice and try to do a good job but the systems seem to make it nearly impossible.
