100% recommend Heaven N Health for meal preps. Amazing portion sizes, the packaging is top notch and the food taste delicious!! (I recommend any of the fish dishes) They also listen to requirements and have personally been in touch when I requested some changes. Wish they had a shop closer to my residence as their takeaway meals seem awesome and look divine!

Delivery was late by 45 minutes, no apology given. Food tasted very basic, not a great value for the money. Main dish was swimming in some shop made spicy sauce and tasted awful, noodles nothing like wok, just overcooked spaghetti. Smoothie was nice. Overall very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
This is by far the best meal prep service I have ever used! Rapid delivery, good packaging, food tastes amazing and soooooo affordable. Recommend to anyone looking for meal preps!!! Adam
The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious (as a bonus to being healthy). I especially recommend the guilt-free pizzas.
Lovely food, simple menu that just works. The regular take out lunch box for 5 is plenty and very nutritious. The food is healthy and fresh. I had chicken with avocado and mixed veg with noodles and the garlic herb sauce. The only problem is they had run out of a few things like sweet potato mash which I would have liked to try. However it's fantastic value, and we will most certainly be back!
