We visited yesterday as one of our dogs needed an emergency MRI. We were put at ease immediately, and after a thorough assessment of our dog, staff explained fully what our options were, and what would happen. Throughout our experience, communication was excellent, treatment was timely, and the well-being of our dog was their utmost priority. Such professional, friendly staff, made a highly stressful situation far more tolerable. Thank you all, especially Lisa, the vet who looked after Patsy.

We got a puppy just before lockdown and shes been having some tummy issues, our vet Steph has been brilliant over this stressful time with visits to the vets being limited. She helped us through all of our worries and would keep checking up on our puppy. The reception staff are extremely lovely too, always welcoming and helpful answering questions!
Been going here for almost 2 years. Sadly my dog broke her leg at a young age. So I’ve been a bunch with her and I have a cat too. The service is always good and the price is always discussed beforehand. They even helped figure out the insurance for my dog and what we would have to pay etc. Just use this vets if you live in the area. You won’t regret it. After finding this place it’s like finding a reliable garage. You know they aren’t trying to rinse you for every penny. You know they care about what they do and do it to the best of their ability each time. So you just keep coming back. Doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else.
Been to Anrich vets this morning with my little dog Billy I was concerned about his arthritis and quite a large cyst on his head I told Lisa the vet and she took him into the vets ( I couldn’t go in because of covid 19 ) checked him over drained his cyst and gave me some new eye drops to try instead of his usual ones and he even had his booster while he was there I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pets they are friendly and professional and explain everything to you from the vets to the nurses and receptionists excellent vets
I would like to thank you, that the doctor took Tina on even though she was 11 years old already. Dr Richard Weston prolonged Tinas life for good few months. Thanks to him, the huge lump Tina had dissapiered. The diet doctor advised helped a lot too. Tina lost over 4 kg in a month. That helped her to walk again, even though she had crushed legament and trapped nerv in the spine. We have used services of other clinic, but they never took the note that Tinas lump was growing rapidly. That affected her walking as well. The only suggestion they made was to put the dog down which upset me greatly. Usually doberman lives up to 11 years the most. Tina did very well considering her illness and pain. Dr Richard Weston made us all and especially Tina the doberman much happier the last few months of her life. I was very surprised and emotional when I received flowers in honour of Tina from Anrich Vets. When Tina passed away, I had big bag of unopened diet food which would have gone to waste. I am so thankful that Vets took it back and returned money. The most regreat of mine is that we didn't use the services of Anrich Vets years ago. The staff is very professional, emphatetic, kind, understanding and nice. They sell amazing variaty of pet foods and toys. You can find just about anything for pets there. I would reccomend Anrich Vets to everyone. I would like to thank Dr Richard Weston and all the staff of Anrich Vets from the bottom of my heart.
