I texted Mark late on the evening of the Wednesday and he came round on the following day lunchtime and had opened the locked door (key was snapped in the lock) and had replaced the lock mechanism in full within an hour. He was super-friendly, extremely efficient and very reasonable indeed, charging about half what I was expecting! Thank you Mark
