I bought a small wired Honda lawn mower that burnt out within the year. It took several months to get it repaired under warranty ,the delay I do not put down completely to COVID or Honda. Luckily I have an old one as a spare . They should manage customer expectations bette. In fairness they did , once they realized I was getting grumpy, deliver the mower and put it away in the shed whilst I was at work. I am a little disappointed that mower broke down so soon, and about the follow up service provided - This is at least the 4th mower I have had from WGM over the past 25 years and I am not sure if this goes wrong again I will be coming back as still grumpy . Mower when it works is good - I should have bought a slightly bigger one but that is 100% my fault.

Really poor service. Returned a lawn tractor after 4 hours of use with major fault . Still waiting a month later for the mower to be returned 4 weeks later.

Horribly bad rip-off repair service with an old fashioned catch-you-out style. After finding no fault on a repair that took three weeks their manger told me that I was \ lucky they hadn't charged me for new parts that I didn't need.\ I guess that is their standard practice. Completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Not good enough and not people you want to do business with.
