DONT BUY HERE! I purchased a car from here a few months ago which came with a 3 month warranty, this car had a few problems which they were told about well within the 3 month period which they said they would fix, they still have not done anything about it after 4 months of them knowing. When you call them they don’t pickup after they have your money, would avoid at all costs.

I recently purchased a van from Ideal car centre my impression of the dealer was that he was straight talking & transparent about the vehicle. I was given a warranty with the van & felt the price was fair. Compared to other dealers i visited, this guy acted in a relaxed professional manner. The van drives lovely & has no mechanical fault I would recommend ideal car centre for anyone looking for a decent dealership.
THE BEST SECOND HAND CAR GARAGE I HAVE BEEN TO !!!!!!!!! What an absolute pleasure to deal with this garage. Right from my very first phone call Sam was on the ball full of knowledge about the car I was interested in and made me feel like a valued customer despite my many questions. I drove 246 miles to see a Nissan Micra convertible and was nervous buying an older car but this was all put to rest with the relaxed atmosphere with the garage and the amazing little car I saw. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, mostly brand new and from big named dealers and I have to say this is THE BEST garage I have ever bought from!! The attentiveness was second to non and I did not feel pressured in any way shape or form, the transaction was very pleasant and easy and nothing was a hassle. Second hand car dealers are renouned for being dodgy dealers which was why I was nervous after travelling so far but i would make the drive again if and when I need another car! Sam was fantastic and a credit to the company. Many thanks x
I highly recommend ideal car centre. We recieved a welcoming service on arrival and was guided through the car fort. All questions where answered and quick responses where given. Would defiantly be coming back for my next car.
!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! I put down a 250 Deposit on a near 20K Jaguar. After several communications with them via their whattsapp account, my deposit was confirmed the next day via email, on a contract which I didn't sign. I later found that the car was not all it seemed to be, so Sam (Saleman) said if I wasn't happy, a FULL refund of my deposit would be made. I requested that immediately and forwarded my Bank Details as requested, only to be told a short time after via whattsapp, that he is now reneging on this offer and no Monies will be refunded. I absolutely recommend people NOT to deal with such dishonest people and be aware of such unsavoury practices. I feel like I have been totally extorted ! THIS IS THE LAW OF THE LAND (read below) If you’ve placed a deposit on a vehicle at a distance, either online or over the phone, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a full refund of your deposit, regardless of your reasons or any money the retailer has spent. Distance sales are covered under provision 2.12 in the Vehicle Sales Code. It states the following: “Where a vehicle sale is concluded at a distance, the accredited business will make clear your right to cancel within 14 days.” UNFORTUNATELY THE IDEAL CAR CENTRE FEELS IT IS ABOVE THE LAW
