The Old Mill is on a Marsh of special scientific interest so no development is permitted on it, which add to the peace and tranquillity of the place. The surroundings are beautiful and there is no light population either. Inside, the Old Mill is rather more uncomfortable than camping, but the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful location make it OK for a limited period. I wouldn't stay in the Old Mill in winter or for longer than a week.
