Fantastic customer service, both on the phone and by email. I ordered an item on their website, not realising that due to Covid-19 they could only deliver locally. As I live in the East Midlands, I had to cancel the order; their response was excellent: pleasant, understanding and they issued a refund speedily without quibbling.

Stihl strimmer. Ordered online as it was the cheapest I could find. I didn't realise it was click and collect rang to find out the procedure for this, the man I spoke to advised it was out of stock but he offered to have it delivered to me when it was back in. The fact it wasn't in stock didn't bother me it was just a strimmer. Delivered a week or so later rang me to ask if they could deliver. My overall impression was that they were flexible and willing to help at no time did I think I wouldn't get my goods or my money back and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again

First called in about 12 years ago to ask if they could service my chain saw. I was told in the most condescending way to 'take it back to the DIY shop I'd bought it from' Vowed never to return. 12 years later I thought I would give them another go and asked for my sit on mower to be fixed as it wouldn't start. To be fair it was peak season so didn't expect it to be done instantly however it took roughly 14 phone calls, 3 broken promises to 'call you back within the day', a bill for twice the value of the mower (or so they told me) and a mountain of stress later to finally get it back. I've never been so angry at the constant chasing, being told it was being worked on to then discover it hadn't even been looked at and just the lack of service. This time I will not be back. Found some very friendly guys at A19 Garden Machinery who not only did me a same day belt replacement but did it with a smile and some proper customer service.
