Ordered Some scaffolding and fittings to be told it was ready yesterday. Organised my job only to arrive and they have sold me the wrong poles for the fittings and tried to blame me for it even though I asked for scaffold poles. I was told to come back tomorrow which luckily I rang ahead as it wasn’t ready again. Had to pay more as they had also messed up the price. Rang 1 1/2 hours later to be shouted at down the phone and blamed again. This company has been an absolute disgrace. This is a tricky time but being polite doesnt cost a thing. COVID doesn’t remove manors Have used them before won’t be doing again Update .....I’ve been sat waiting for my order still for over an hour. Been told I drove off yesterday without waiting and it would have been done. I’ve been left sat here to just be arkward I have said I will cut it all my self. The lads In The yard are great. Behind the scenes needs a lot of work and an attitude adjustment

I have had a brilliant responce from Emma who was so patient with my enquiry and so professional, and assisted me with ordering relavent materials required to carry out my project, Emma also relayed a message to the delivery driver on the day of the intended drop, that I had to go out unexpectedly, and could he deliver out of turn, which he did, and such a cheerful and helpful man he was, nothing too much trouble. I had ordered some of the second hand profile roofing sheets, and on inspection after delivery found them to be near perfect, 0.7 thickness and the best protective coating. Top marks for this company, and will recommend them highly
