I traded in a Jaguar X-Type for another X-Type that was for sale at this garage. Carl gave me a great price for my old car and I got the 'new' car at a fantastic price. I am really happy with the car. All car sales deals should be done this way: no pressure salesmanship, very friendly, helpful and fair prices. Think really hard before getting a car from here. we purchased a car in December two weeks later it had a depollution fault CA Monks happily took the car to be fixed twice, one time for a week still it came back with the fault. in the end we took it to the local dealer garage and was told by CA Monks he would only pay half of the 200 invoice. The Car failed its MOT in March. We have paid about 500 to get this Car right. I got in touch with citizen advice and i have sent three letters to CA Monks within these past 6 months and still i await a reply. CA Monks If i had got a reply i wouldn't of needed to post this review.i would not recommened purchasing a car from here.
Arthur Daleys work shop bent as you can get it sold me a car he put 12 months MOT within 4 weeks I had to replace the front and rear disks and pads all failed so how did it pass an MOT I ask you he uses the seven stars garage in wigan. He should be in the same prison where the owners of AP Cole are
