An absolute faultless experience from start to finish. A very tidy, well presented business premises in a great location with a good range of vehicles on show. John made this purchase so easy dealing with all the necessary paperwork including 12 months AA cover. Truly professional approach from John without any pressure. Very pleased with my new car from Orchard Mill Motor Company. John was both friendly and professional and the customer service was excellent. Not at all pushy, he let us look around leisurely and was even happy for us to try out our pushchair in the boot of different cars. Vehicle came with new Mot no advisories and an oil service, AA cover and 3 months warranty. Needed a new alternator which was fitted within a day with no question and had a couresy car whilst fitted. Exellent service all round. Highly recommend
