Although the service when we went to look at the car was friendly and fast, we were lead to believe that the establishment was quality cars for reasonable prices etc. The car which was 2013 reg & low mileage broke down 10 months after we had it (only 2900 miles put on it by us) and when I had it recovered to a garage, the engine had completely failed due to a faulty oil filter problem, the mechanic told us that this will have been faulty for quite some time in order for it to have failed the engine and to contact the place we got it from. The man on the phone was sympathetic but basically said it wasnt their problem. So almost 3 grand later and a new engine later i was distraught. At the MOT 1 month after this I received a bill totalling 985 for a whole page of replacements needed. The car has been repair bill after repair bill, it is now almost a brand new car after the amount of work its had done. and I wish I never stepped foot into Cannock Car Showrooms.

Hi my names Jay and id like to tell you about my experience at CCS. To start with if your looking for a reliable car and even better service to go with it CCS is the place for you. I bought a lovely BMW 3 Series Msport from CCS and dealt with a fella called Wayne (amazing guy). The car was immaculate and very well presented. The guys made me feel very welcome and comfortable. After some after some banter and a cup of tea we closed the deal amd off i went very happy. Unfortunately after a week the car developed a high pressure oil leak and i was buggered. Hesitently i called CCS and explained the situation thinking its gonna be the usual nice guys till they get your money once you drive away your forgotten. Not with CCS, Wayne was very understanding and without argument between us we arranged for the car to go back to the showroom and Wayne booked it in to a BMW specialist and had the problem solved. It did take a while not the fault of CCS but the garage carrying out the repair but Wayne also made sure i was not without a vehicle during that time. The repair was carried out to a very high standard using original BMW parts no cutting corners or using back street garages on the cheap and the problem was solved. Wayne was very apologetic and kept me informed throughout the process. Basically the guys and the service at Cannock Car Showrooms is above and beyond all. Id give a straight 10/10 and will definately be using them again in the future.

Car was described as immaculate got there and it had no wing mirror was leaking water, completely soaked seats inside and green mould. Practically ran away. (re response evidently lie too.)
