Posting on behalf of my father as he has no clue on computers. He brought a car in Jan 21, the man was very helpful and polite. The car needed some paint work doing but due to Covid-19 the paint garage wasn't open so was told as soon as they open again he would be phoned. That has now happened and car being booked in. So I've had a great experience. Many Thanks A Happy Customer.

The team at Lottbridge Motoring Centre were very helpful with my new car, they had my car arranged ahead of schedule and I was kept informed with updates on the MOT and valeting throughout the process. All my questions were answered and they filled out the paperwork and did the car tax then and there for me. My car drives really well and I am very pleased with my purchase. They answered all my questions regarding the car and generally displayed really good customer service and a friendly manner. My parents have been going to them for years whenever they have needed a new car and have never been disappointed, I would highly recommend them as a company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would even go as far as to suggest that the good reviews on this page are paid for! 2 family members have bought cars from this company and both have had MAJOR ISSUES! The first a few years ago, broke down a week after we got it! When we took it to them they were aggressive and tried to somehow blame us for the issue, when we eventually got them to fix it, it broke down a few weeks later! We took it to a real mechanic who found several major issues! We ended up getting the thing scrapped! The second, this year, has so far cost us almost 2000 to repair just to get it through the MOT! it was bought just before my brother went to Estonian (he is in the military) where he got stuck due to covid, so by the time he got back and the issues started he was out of he warranty and they refused to help or take any responsibility! The military mechanic he has taken it to has so far found several patch jobs! DO NOT GO HERE!

This is the second time I have used LMC cars and I'm so glad I went back to them. Always professional and great customer service. They'll always go out of their way to help you and have a good range of cars. The process was easy! I mainly dealt with Damien and he's always been very helpful. Would highly recommend purchasing a car through LMC!!
