Great service, very helpful and knowledgeable sales team. Got the car I wanted at a good price, could not be more happy. Its the second car I've bought from Rogers and it won't be the last.. Would definately recommend!

I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this outfit. A deposit was paid on a car and assurances made that it would be ready for collection by an agreed specific day 1 week from date of deposit which was crucial part if the sale. Approaching the day contacted them and told it would be ready, however I'd need to complete the purchase against a different personalised number plate on the vehicle that I wouldn't own, and swap this over in the future. Sales staff were aware of registration delays although they claim it was news to them! Odd as they gave examples of them having experience it possibly taking 2 months previously! Complaints responded to by blatant misrepresentation of facts. Was then told to transfer over 19000 into their account in 24hrs or car being sold to someone else. Trading standards now involved. Very disappointing customer service. Plenty of reputable dealers out there so my advice is avoid this one. Dreadful

Just bought my 3rd car from Rogers of Brock. I always go back as they have great cars at great prices. The sales team cant do enough for you. Even when they don't actually have the exact car you want in stock, they will find it for you. Couldn't recommend more. If you need a new car then this is the place to go.
