Shocking behaviour. Been trying to get in touch via phone because obviously office is closed; and after multiple attempts, finally after 20 mins somebody answered: so I kindly explained that I have some questions about immigration visa for my partner after having read the articles on gov.com - I would just like to clarify few things.... As soon as that person heard: immigration, she sighed and rudely put the phone down. I've never met with such an ignorance and such ill-mannered behaviour anywhere in the world, and as a British Citizen I feel truly offended.

I always find the floor and furniture so filthy you could never sit properly or even thi k. About taking the kids out of their pram because there would be bits of hoovering throughout the week and if you have ever let your kids out and they are at the crawling stage you will totally agree that the floors and seated areas would benefit from a good steam clean if they can't afford to replace it and try to keep on top of the cleaning I appreciate it's a busy building but it's empty at night when the cleaners are in so there is no excuse for a missed bit of anything there's no point in cleaning at all if it's not properly, pretty discusted but that's HCC for you all over miss out on the important things and try brushing all problems under a big rug Rant over
