I must be unlucky judging by the reviews on here, but I've been here a few times and have found the staff to be extremely un-friendly, un-professional and rude. This is in huge contrast to the site in Horsham where they are helpful and friendly. I've had enough of this site, and will only use Horsham now.

Site does get busy at times but queue to get in does move reasonably quickly. Large site that takes most items of waste. ID required to enter and this can be driver's licence or a bill with your address to prove you are a West Sussex resident. Entry by vehicle only. Trailers and vans require a waste carriers permit. Staff very helpful and friendly running a clean and efficient waste recycling site.
Great service provided by Mid Sussex Council. The staff are friendly, hold up the rules to protect all residents and are helpful. Good operation.
Generally pretty good but really annoying when you arrive and the queue is over an hour. Suggestion—why not install a webcam so we can avoid the busy times?
Concerned that one operative still comes into bay within 1M when discharging rubble and not wearing mask. Operative in his 50s. This was Tuesday afternoon. Generally site very well run
