Great services and doughnuts and milkshakes were spot on
last night me and my friends decided to order some food from here. We made the order through just eat and it said it would arrive at 10:30pm, the order was confirmed by the restaurant at was being prepared. It got to 10:30 and the just eat app still hadn’t updated the order to being on its way so I complained through the app saying my order is late. 10 minutes late a text came through from just eat to say my order had been cancelled by the restaurant. So I rang them up and asked why? They said because I hadn’t previously ordered through just eat they had to make sure I wasn’t just going to order food and not pay. So they’d tried to ring me to confirm it. I had no missed calls but I had full service bars so I said on the phone oh I’m sorry I must have mistyped my number. I said can I re order it he said yes just do it through just eat again. So I went to do this and I couldn’t as it said they’d stopped deliveries for the night, I also checked the number I gave and It was correct! So frankly I feel like they just couldn’t be bothered making/delivering my order. I will not be trying it again here as not only was that a very poor excuse, I was treated rudely on the phone. I’m not the kind to complain but this made me really mad, I ended up ordering food elsewhere and they were fine and had no problems.
Great place - Delivered to the door within 40 minutes and my house is really hard to find. Cookie dough is one of the best I’ve had. Ordered about three times this month
