I just dropped off my old freezer and placed it where I thought it needed to go, which was right next to the other old freezers, and a guy who worked there very aggressively shouted at me for placing it where I did. Apparently I wasn't allowed in that area. I think a sign would be helpful and a lesson/training for not being rude to people, which I think isn't very hard to do.

It is better having appointments reduced queues. They can't help unload covid rules. Fewer people so easier to move around.

Went to the tip in august'20 . One of the guys working there start to shout aggressively to me for bringing more than 10 litres of engine oil at one time for disposal - I had 18litres - I try to explain that we were in the lockdown in march/april and couldnt do it earlier with less amount. The answer was - if you dont like it - leave . I ask to speak to manager and lady in charge called Vanessa is the rudest most unhelpful women, I have ever come across, I was really shocked by her customer service. Here respond was unbelivable . Get new manager to get this place sorted

Went to Marchwood Tip today Sunday 28th/06/2020 by prior appointment. My appointment time was 1.00pm to 1.30pm. I arrived at 1.00pm and was advised where to park. The staff were very helpful and advised me as and when required. This visit was more than satisfactory and the experience was 100% together with any help from the Staff. Many thanks to you all.
