Slight slow wait to get served but nice clean restaurant with decent quality and priced food. Now been twice at lunchtime and told their kitchen wouldn't be open until half twelve so long wait. What's the point in saying you open at 12 if you can't cook food until half past?

Very good value for money and delicious food
Incredibly tasty, like a home cooked meal. I was treated so well by the gentleman at the cashier who spoke fluent English. Also, they are open until 2:30AM!!! I have eaten Chinese food all over London and the world and this is an incredible deal. You can also eat in unlike most Chinese Takeaways!
Absolutely disgusting food, ordered Green and Red Thai Curry with veggies, both were made WITHOUT coconut milk, just with water and flour. Called the restaurant to complain, they refused to admit they had made a mistake and disconnected me. Insane customer service, and RIP OFF. Avoid at all cost. Photo attached looks better than this vom of a meal looks in real life.
This establishment provides what has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. The delivery service was beyond lacklustre, my food was left on the floor 10 minutes walk away outside a random house. The mere fact that my food was left on the floor meant that I felt uncomfortable eating anything. The delivery driver thought it was acceptable to abandon my order an waited to watch me go pick up my food from the floor, whilst having the cheek to wave at me as he drove past once I found the location where he left my food. If this is the kind of workplace culture that Shanghai Taste encourages then I warn anyone thinking of ordering from this so called establishment in the future.

The guy is so rude, the food is absolutely shocking. no consistency with pricing. highly unpleasant experience and hopefully this establishment will close down soon.
