Upon entering, I was met with a warm, socially distanced greeting from a reception podium by the entrance. There's hand sanitiser available, and staff were masked. I was seated at a table while I waited for my details to be taken. I was asked to attach my key with a small label on string, writing car details and name, then placing into a clear sealed bag. I sat in the waiting area while waiting for my car, and witnessed thorough cleaning. As expected there were no hot drink facility available, but I had already taken a drink with me, more out of a new habit. Well done to everyone here, I felt very comfortable.

Stopped here for a EV recharge on my Nissan Leaf . Very helpful and friendly staff. Invited to help myself to a fresh coffee and had a look around at the new nissans on the market.
