All the staff are very friendly and polite, and everything I asked of them to prepare the car was done promptly and without any complaints at all. I bought a 2011 Golf from this garage, had the car less than 9 months before I had to replace the rear brake discs, pads and calipers as they wear metal on metal and ceasing up. I had used the car 5 times a week but only added 4000 miles. There was nothing on the MOT advisories which if there was I could understand. Cost me 500, just frustrating as you just do not seem to be able to trust many of these types of garages. I will not be going back. Chris from Sandy
