Cannot recommend enough!!! The customer service is amazing and professional, they have gone above and beyond what I expected and cannot praise them enough. Managed to get a wonderful bearded dragon with the whole set up so nothing extra was needed to purchase. The vivarium was built on site with all attachments added so the moment we got home it was ready to plug in and move our little guy into his new home.
Im so glad i came across this place. From my original phone call enquiring about stick insects, right down to the service received was exceptional. How wonderful to visit a place that genuinely cares for all life. It was clear to see. Nigel was amazing, i not only went home with 3 stick insects, but also a tortoise. Recently purchased a Cleair Tank. Delivered to the door, within 2 days! Installed by 2 x very efficient, friendly & Informative guys. Happy to answer any questions at all with regards to tank set up. Highly recommended to anyone who is perhaps looking to increase tank size as we were or even downsizing.
Great advice offered about how to prepare my tank for the puffer I wanted. Clean store, reasonably priced an plenty of stock.
