Thumbs up to the great staff in parts department, I was trying to locate some dealer tooling to which i already had part numbers for, And after having one of the rude staff at wilsons in epsom refuse to even try the part number and telling me the dealer cannot supply the tools, The gentleman here at bishops has managed to order in the tools in for me with in around 5 mins of being on the phone. Very Greatfull!!!!! Much needed tools are now on route from italy. Highly Reccomended For Good Friendly Parts Staff

Terrible service and experience. Having purchased a 47k Alfa from them, we have had to chase them around to get any level of care post sales. Not the first time, but in a new event we are now 5 weeks down the line, after they advised us that our brakes are 80% worn and that they would be in touch ASAP to resolve a fault with the screen in our car. Nothing. Am so sick of chasing them and listening to false promises of them contacting us with no one living up to their word and passing the buck between departments. All good up to the point when you part with your money - a real pity. I will never buy another Alfa again, and this is my third. A terrible brand experience, made significantly worse by Bishops Guildford. Avoid

Great service from Simon and Daryl today. Booked a service for 8am, the car was in the workshop by 8:10am and I was back on my way by 10am. Thankful that they are at least able to operate the Service department during these difficult times.
