I do not recommend this company because of my two bad experiences. I can say that they are not responsible at all. I rented a shop through this company two years ago. It took eight months from landlord accept offer to we get the key. We have repeatedly asked to see the landlord directly. It was only through dialogue that they did not pass on the message at all. The landlord misunderstood that we were not sincerely renting his shop. He also angrily demanded that we be held responsible for the shop vacancy loss and bear their legal fees. We have no other choice but to pay more for these fees, because we have prepared a large amount of inventory according to this shop, and we will lose even more if we do not take this shop. Recently, a customer of mine took a fancy to a property they represent , and then, no matter whether it is sending information online or contacting by phone, they haven't responded for two weeks. I feel sorry for the landlords. They handed over the property to Andrew grant with hope. They may be worried about whether the price is too high and no one wants to pay attention, but they don't know that many people want to buy but there is no way to proceed. This is all because Andrew grant does not responsible!!! Overall, Andrew Grant is a very unprofessional agent and it's not reliable at all. Don't watse time and money on it!

Shocking is all I an say!! I am a property developer and I have been trying to get hold of somebody from Andrew Grant Commercial for 10 days. I have telephoned on a number of occassions only to be met with a message saying '"We are experiencing extremely high call volumes" and sends me to voicemail. Well when I then go onto their live chat I am told by 'Louise' that the offices are closed due to Covid - 19 and that all the staff are furloughed - presumably not her! - and that she will "ask somebody to contact me" after I made it clear that I am a cash buyer for the property I am interested in. Well not so much as a phone call back so again (on 3 occassions now) I chatted to Louise online and told her that unless somebody calls me back I will approach the owners of the property myself DIRECT hoping that would prompt a call but NOTHING. Why on 30th June 2020 is this company still furloughing staff when all of their competitors are now working normally?
