If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from Burghley Cars, then go for it! I called over a few weeks ago to look at a Fiat 500 but when I got there it had already sold. I explained to Nick what I wanted and he told me he was having more cars in the following week and that he'd send me some photos when they arrived. The car was going to be for my daughter and the first photo sent over the car was the wrong colour! (My daughter preferred the mint green colour) He then said he was having an identical car to the one that I'd originally looked at coming in later that week. The car came in, Nick sent the photos and I went to look at it. On arrival the car was in the workshop having a service and Nick explained it was also going to be valeted. Whilst it was still on the ramps we'd agreed a price and I was told it would be ready early next week for collection, which suited me fine. I didn't pay a deposit, Nick was happy that we'd agreed the sale and I felt the whole experience had been done on trust. The first time I sat in the car was when I'd paid my money and handed over the documents. Granted, some would say it was naive of me but the whole experience from start to finish had been the best car buying experience I'd ever had and from the moment I met Nick and his dad I felt you could trust them. There was no pushy car salesman, no one hanging on your shoulder. I was just left to have a look round at my leisure. I'll certainly be returning when I'm in the market for another vehicle and recommend Burghley Cars with the utmost enthusiasm. Thanks guys Andy & Amber
