I bought a Mini form Stockport Motorhouse and drove it for just under 1 month before returning the car under the right to reject scheme. The car was listed as full service history, well it was 2 years ago.. The car had a faulty rear wiper, ruptured front top mount, stalled when cold could be difficult to engage in gear and juddered really badly when reversing. When I talked about returning the car, I was told I would be given a full refund. When I dropped it off I was told there would be a fair use deduction of 25p per mile and the faults would need to be verified. When I chased up the refund, I was told he had looked it up and the deduction would be 45p per mile. Under the right to reject and the sellers previous statement, there should be no deductions for cars returned within 30 days. I had driven over 1000 miles in the time I owned the car therefore the deduction was disproportionate to the loss of value in the car (a 14 year old 103K car). I mentioned I was seeking legal advice and was offered the 25p per mile deduction and accepted (after 1 month of chasing up my refund.) I told the owner that if the return went smoothly, I would improve my Auto-trader review. It was not smooth therefore I have written this review. I did get most of my refund in the end and the owner was always pleasant and that earns him 2 stars instead of 1. Buyer beware.

Not happy with service. Bought ford ka 2 months ago from here, and I immediately reported to him that he had sent me home with a supposed complete valid mot yet sent me driving off with two illegal tyres that wouldn't of passed an mot. He offered to reimburse me for the cost of the tyres, but now I'm getting ignored.
called in when passing the showroom unfortunately they didnt have the car we wanted, after talking to the sales team they found us exactly what we were looking for! excellent car excellent service. many thanks to Trevor and Dave also thanks to the chap who valeted the car to within an inch of its life thanks again Mike & Ann.
Abousletly awful customer service, called and enquiried about a bmw said what is the minumum you will do the salesman asks me go buy another bmw will do mate just lost 7k for you’re company definitely needs to revisit customer service
Called in to have a look round , Fantastic approach to customer service,not what i would expect from a small garage . was only looking now im seriously considering a change of car Bravo
Not recommended at all. Every aspect of the service was shocking. The car was not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality. I have asked for the repairs to be done at a cost to them selves as any dealership has a duty of care under the Supply of Goods Act 1982 (As amended) to which I was told to put it in writing as he got annoyed I had done my homework. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mini was bought April 2018, less than 50000 miles, I've done less than 6000 miles since having my car to be told today,y engine is faulty and needs replacement. Very, very, very unhappy with this, now my only option is buy a new engine or lose almost 5k. This isn’t acceptable for a vehicle purchased in less than a year
