I've been here since I was a baby, my mum swears they're the best around but when you can't book in easily and with plenty of time, how can it be the best? My girlfriend has just rang 98 times, in 25 minutes from the point they said call back, leaving it to ring through and cut itself out. How is this a good practice?

I'm a new patient and I think the surgery has been brilliant already, I really can't fault them. I've been seen on the day of requiring an appointment, appointments have been on time along with excellent doctors who have referred me on to the hospital, without any quibbling. I didn't want to leave my last doctors, but I would have done sooner if I'd known how good city walls are. So far I have always also been seen two days after requiring a routine appointment, rather than a week or longer at my previous surgery. They seem to also have a lot of doctors at this surgery, which was lacking in other surgeries when I was trying to decide where to join. The only point I would make is that my son who is 14 is not allowed to make an appointment online, but I can for him. This is okay if he wants to tell me what the appointment is for, but if he had something personal that he didn't want to tell me, this would be tricky for him, especially as city walls also only offers appointments from 10am and he would not be able to phone at this time or pop in, as he would be in lessons at school and if he phoned later all the appointments are gone by early morning. I think there needs to be a user friendly system for teenagers. Thanks

Absolutely amazing. A very uncomfortable mole which was removed with amazing services and very little scare. Thank you. Very supportive.

Never come away feeling anybody actual cares. With one exception nurse practioner Rhona. She takes time, listens and makes you feel like somebody actually want a to help you. ALL the Staff and Drs could definitely take a leaf out of her book. Getting through to reception/ telephone staff - rude and uncaring. Ridiculous time to ring for an appointment-10am- I'm in work by then and cannot just leave to make phone call. Results- 2pm again I'm in work. Making an appointment was easier at 8am. AND finally my biggest bug bear - the additional tax of 1 if you drive in to see your doctor to get out of the car park. This should be free and the receptionist should give you the token after your appointment. Absolutely shocking sickness tax.
