I visited here today and I was seen immediately by a gentleman. Every question I had he just showed me the answer on their website. I’d ask a question and he’d spend sometime finding my question on the website then turn the screen around so I could read the answer. I learned nothing extra to what I already knew. Their website seems very comprehensive but I should have saved myself the journey and not bothered going there. He was a very negative man too, really not what I needed at all.
