Always been good with me,very helpful,but sadly this surgery is closing in November. Not enough Doctors! All other staff have always bent over backwards to help. This service will be a sad miss.

appointment system useless. you are put into a queuing system then find that the doctor you need to see is not available. this practice operates mainly on locum doctors as they cant seem to keep GPs. reception staff are helpful and do their best but seem to get no support from their managers. Hopeless

Absolute joke of a doctors ask for a urgent call back as my wife has had heart surgery and needs pain relief no call back nhs a a complete joke

absolute joke passed from doctor to doctor took a year to get diagnosed need to see same doctor for scan results and can not yet again another doctor who ive never seen before . update cant make appointment for child even weeks in advance told to ring cramlington not sure what these doctors get paid for this surgery needs closed and the doctors sacked do not use go else where

was waiting for 30 odd minutes on the phone when they picked up and hung up so tried ringing a few times after and no answer

Trying to ring so i can get repeat prescription ordered tried just after 2pm and again at 4pm got a msg saying the practice is closed yet its open till 6.30pm
