I can’t tell you how pleased I am to have received this advice, Richard was absolutely excellent to deal with . He answered all my questions promptly, called me back when he said he would and dealt with all the paperwork etc. very efficiently. My car was delivered on time and in pristine condition. I absolutely love it ( not that I have been able to go too far at the present time) it’s everything I was told it would be , so very happy . I don't normally write reviews but after the great experience I had with Richard at Harwoods Croydon, I'm happy to share my satisfaction here. I decided to buy a Velar out of blue for my wife as a Christmas present. I called the reception, was introduced to Richard, booked appointment, had test drive and reserved an approved used car on the same day. Everything just went so smoothly and we were looked after well by Richard throughout the process. Now my wife managed to get the car just before Christmas, the present certainly put a smile on her face ! Thank you Richard !
