I have purchased some of their Cove Double radiators through one of their approved retailers. The BTU quoted for the Cove Mild Steel 1800/531 is 8,946. However the radiators do not heat the rooms as I have found the BTU should be 5,391. In addition the Cove Stainless 1800/431 Double states 7,125. I have found this should be 4,643. Not happy as expensive oak floors have been laid. I would query the outputs before purchasing any of their radiators.
