We sold our two bedroom property with this company in the summer of 2016. The director Daniel Thomas valued our home, and later came back to take our photos. Our home was on the market for just a few days and sold!! Great!! Unfortunately the sale fell through not the property shops fault, soon another buyer was found this is where we had a few issues with Emily the netherton manager. our buyer was selling here current Home to her son ( owned out right) due to family issues her sons name was on the deeds, Emily wanted to see copies of the deeds to prove our buyer was able to afford our apartment. This went on for weeks and did not understand why Emily wanted to see these deeds( none of here business) she would not let the buyer reserve our home!! Even though I had told her too. throughout she was unhelpful and really stressed both ourselves and our buyer. We had to stay in touch with the buyer ourselves as they was having the same reception with this rude manager, Sharon the sales lady is fantastic and helped keep the situation under control, in the end I had to call the director Daniel Thomas to sort the situation and even he could not under stand the issue, in the end he over rode Emily and allowed our buyer to reserve our home! Great! The next day we had a sarcastic Emily call us regarding the reservation explaining that she was only protecting us and basically not to moan if it goes wrong!! Our sale did proceed but nearly didnt because of this Emily!! My advice is this is a great family company, with great values!! The director Daniel Thomas is great, and the package and price was great! I received full asking price for our apartment. Sharon the sales nagotiator is brilliant and supporting. My only gripe is Emily the netherton property shop manager!! Who is rude and condercending, this lady nearly cost us our sale. My advice is to get rid of Emily and promote Sharon! But on the plus side thank you to Sharon and Daniel for selling our home.
