Had a wheel bearing and some front brakes changed on my car. The prices were competitive and the team were very friendly. It's nice to know that I can bring my older car (it's 17 years old) to a main dealer and not have to worry about overpaying for the privilege. I would definitely recommend.

Worst customer services ever, I am a car dealer bought car of auction found their maintance records rang the branch to send us all the service invoices which is the normal procedure we do to all the garages, every garage send us back this brach staff told me straight its not his problem he can't send me documents coz of his personal made GDPR however from my 8 years experience there is no such a GDPR every garage release these to us. Hilarious customer service unbelievable rude staff. How am i supposed to contact car owner? When car came from auction?Never recommend even to speak to them absolute jokers

I have had many underwhelming "Main Dealership" experiences over the last twenty years with some of the more prestigious brands of vehicle. My experience with Nissan Mansfield was nothing short of humbling. From walking through the door, I felt like a valued customer and not just a number. The communication from the service department and in particular the service manager Michael, meant I never picked up the phone to get a progress report, I had a phone call mid afternoon every day to give me all information I needed. It was a really challenging diagnostic job for the Nissan technician, but he persevered and got the job done. With the difficult circumstances we are all operating in, this team didn't miss a beat. Thank you Nissan Mansfield, you are awesome!
