One or two decent doctors attend this surgery a day or two a week. Receptionist can be a little blunt and come across as rude at times, think she may be under a lot of stress and pressure dealing with other patients. Other than that, if you can get on the books with one of the good doctors and be patient with the receptionists it can be an okay surgery to visit but does need to be improved considering the change in demographics in the local area over the last few years.

You wait for 1 hour for your appointment and no one says sorry for it. Once you see the doctor, don't expect that they will cure your problems.. The nurse is usually away or sick so never available. Staff is rude and they are always confused about your appointment time or place. So may need to go back and forward between Sherard Road MP and this one.

So far its not been too bad... Not the best reviews online and only a small practise. At least the receptionists are fairly helpful.

I have called this morning to book appoitment for my son as he has high tempature for over 4 days. I have been told no appoitments just a call back. It is 12:12 just called surgery to find out when GP is planning to call and I have been told to wait but the phone. Receptionist put phone down on me in the middle of the sentnce. will be chaning surgery asap

They don’t even deserve a STAR. What is GP commission committee doing about the poor feedbacks about this surgery.. Dr and staff have no patient care ethics.

My mum had pneumonia but the doctor had said her chest was clear just take paracetamol.She could have died if she didn't go to A&E
