We ordered the dine at home menu tonight and we were blown away! Every course was absolutely delicious and you can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. Very happy to have found this local gem!

We LOVED everything we had at Hood earlier today. I was a little worried as most of their meals seemed quite heavy and I was looking for something lighter but their eggs royal special was literally perfect, and so were the pancakes my partner had. Their oat cappuccino was simply amazing as well, they had just the right amount of milk in there so it was still quite strong - which was a welcome surprise. The staff was simply lovely and super helpful in general and their interior decor's also very inviting in general. I'm quite sure that we'll be back soon.

I feel very lucky that Hood is my local restaurant. Whether its for brunch (Dirty Dexter every time!), lunch (my plaice with caper and brown shrimp butter yesterday was perfect) or dinner - they get everything right. The menu is always interesting and the food always delivers against expectation. Service is warm, friendly and the right level of relaxed but incredibly efficient. It has a lovely atmosphere with food that is a cut above the rest. If taking friends out to eat around Streatham its my go to as I never have to worry whether people will like it.
