Absolutely shocking!! Told nothing was wrong just general flu found out I had cancer!
Lack of appointments. Rude and condescending reception staff. Dismissive of issues and don't call back when they say they will.
Consistently dissapointed by the service provided at this surgery.
Moved GPs as it’s impossible to get appointments. Spend all day waiting for call backs. Call from 8am for same day appointments but by 8.01 these are usually booked and they do not offer the facility to pre book appointments in the future for long standing conditions. To pick up a prescription you are also required to wait in the waiting room for your name to be called this is often at least 15-20 mins which is frustrating when prescriptions are pre-ordered.
