The worst medical practice in Inverness, one receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Dr Maclean is rude and unprofessional, it took me weeks to get an appointment just for him to get me an x-ray at the hospital then I waited 2 weeks to hear if my foot is broken or not ( which was ) but since I was in school I couldn’t answer when he phoned so then later I’ve gotten another call from him clearly being mad about something and then he told me that my foot was indeed broken and to just take paracetamol ( because apparently that’s gonna heal a broken bone )without getting a cast or a boot when he told me that I didn’t know if I should laugh or take him seriously, after a few days of walking with a broken foot I went to the hospital and came up to the receptionist and told her “ I’ve gotten an x-ray a few days and my foot is broken but my GP just told me to paracetamol “ and I could tell that she was stopping her self from laughing. Like I’m sorry but even I knew that paracetamol won’t help a broken bone heal.

DO NOT SEE DR MACGILLIETHAIN (MACLEAN) Not only is he useless as a GP, He is NOT a nice person to encounter when you are ill. NOTHING BUT A BIG BULLY THAT WILL DO ANYTHING HE CAN IN HIS POWER TO HARM YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. WATCH OUT
