I have to say in my honest opinion the desert was disgusting! I’m not sure what the other reviewers had eaten but definitely not what I had. Firstly cookie dough. Served on a paper plate which wasn’t the issue. The issue was they served me a raw dough that was in the microwave for like 30 seconds and not cooked in any way whatsoever. I could have done this at home. I’ve been to many desert places around Birmingham and I have never seen it served like this before. Normally cooked to perfection with the top a bit cooked and the centre is between raw and cooked. Pizza Hut example if you’ve been there. When I went back to confirm whether this is correct they said yes that’s how they serve it. Ewwwww! Also 2 cheesecakes. Red Velvet. This was nice. Taste of heaven cheesecake. Tasteless. It has Kinda Bueno and they tasted like they were old. Really disappointed. When something tastes that bad, usually customer services in the restaurant would be happy to replace the item but not in this case. Was it worth the review. GLAD I ONLY PAID 50%! P.S. Had one here recently (usually go to Wolverhampton branch or Iglu desserts) quite disappointed, banana waffle was hard and not much banana on it, cookie dough was more just like a cookie, completely hard and dry, plastic fork they gave me for it wouldn't even break it it was so dry. Red hair also in the waffle

The cake was dry and not nice at all. Your staff are a joke, so rude. Your manager has no customer service skills. When we complained about the cake he said what do u want me to do and walked in the back. Would never come back and im telling everyone i know how bad your customer service is.

My cheesecake looked like it had gone off, tasted awful. Had one spoonful and then threw it away because I didn't want to get ill.
