Amazing food! Having not been in a while thought I would try it again today and it was definitely worth it! The place is completely spotless and the food was amazing. Looks like a brand new team that’s in there and what a great job they’re doing!

Newly opened dessert franchise. Nice and simple interior. Food is not bad, but not the one I would definitely wanna come back again. A little bit overpriced.

Went in on three separate occasion. First occasion was great! The guy waiters were great in terms of knowledge about taste cards and the desserts and customer service. However the last 2 times I have been it’s been the female staffs in (none of the nice male staffs). They definitely need some Hard training on customer service as no one was there to greet on the door all busy on their phones or talking to each other. They all looked miserable and look like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. I came in at 9:25pm and it closes at 10pm, they were not able to make any cookie dough or waffle or crepes as they turned all the machines off which I don’t see why they would if they don’t close for another half an hour. Told me to pick an ice cream as that’s all I can get, I picked a sundae and one of them turned around being like “why a sundae, that’s effort to make” I mean surely that’s their job! Went recently and told me I had to book to get in, the place was EMPTY! With no sign of anyone coming. Very embarrassing in front of family. Absolutely the worst experience. The manager needs to do something about these miserable girls and if they don’t wanna be there, tell them to go elsewhere. Would not recommend this dessert shop. Better off going to the one In grand central or to a different company. Also witness someone complain about their dessert and when that person left, one of the girl swore behind her back. Absolutely terrible. Tell them to grow up a little.

I visited little desert shop with my partner we entered the store the staff were no where too be seen we went further down too discover they was all having a sit down in a booth too talk amongst themselves while customers were queuing up outside the other customers were told they was fully booked when there was no one inside the store were also told there tills were down when we could hear orders coming through on there machines terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone in mere green area too visit this store I am very upset and annoyed we didn't end up ordering anything we left as customers are not valued at this venue very dissappointed as my children were excited

If you like desserts then this is the place for you! Selling cakes, waffles, crepes, cookie doughs, ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. Many combination options available, something for everyone. Good quality ice cream used as well! Seating both downstairs and upstairs.
